SON Talent Pipelines

You can join us through the following staff categories.

Undergraduate Internship Programme

3 – 6 Months

For students or young graduates seeking temporary working opportunities. Our internship gives you real exposure to professional practice — working alongside experienced practitioners on live client engagements in audit and consulting.

02

Graduate Trainee

0 – 1 Year Experience

An opportunity for young, brilliant graduates to begin their professional career. The programme provides a structured entry point to learn via intensive on-site and off-site training delivered by colleagues and experts across audit and consulting activities.

Entry Requirements

  • Not more than 28 years old
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • For non-accounting disciplines, you must have enrolled for ICAN or ACCA to demonstrate your passion for the profession
  • Minimum of 5 O'Level credits at ONE sitting

Experienced Hire

Mid to Senior Level

For experienced professionals who desire a more fulfilling and rewarding work environment to further enhance their career development. In addition to the standard entry requirements, candidates must demonstrate appropriate skills and experience for the role sought at SON Professional Services.
